Article created, doesn't appear where it should

I've started to create an article "Romania - Military Aviation"
I can see it at my contributions
It appeares when I search it by the name in the wiki main page search box.

BUT it's nowhere to be found in the Military Aviation section, under the letter R, together with the article about Russia, where it should be.

Could somebody help me and move it there?
The whole article creating process is just too complicated and I can't get the grip of it.

EDIT: It's in the category "Substitute Templates" and I don't know how to move it from there...

Hi,

I'll fix it, starting with moving the article to a new name.

After that, just have a look at the history of the article to see what I've done.
