Could be true because the tigermeet at Landivisau will be organised by the home based sq and a Cambrai based sqaudron. So they have the contacts.
Assume makes an ASS of U and ME.

Small addition: "a valider" means this is not a definitive date/venue (yet) !

(Wouldn't mind if it was, though  )

Always going forward... still can't find reverse!

Found this tonight on a french modeller-forum:
"voilà la douche froide (écossaise , irlandaise voire galloise la semaine prochaine) mais il n'y aura pas de mini tiger meet le 10/06/2008 à Cambrai ouvert aux spotters.
En effet, il y aura bien une cérémonie pour commémorer les 90 ans de la SPA 162 TIGRE, mais qui comme dans la bonne tradition de l'armée de l'air se fera à huit clos et sur invit perso en catimini"

So this would mean only a private party..... :?

I still keep the date(s) free in my agenda...... 8)

Hey guys,

Any news on this mini tigermeet ?
Is it still a private party ? And if so, will they still be flying so they can be spotted from the outside?

Hi all,

Just returned from the Mini Tiger meet, which was really mini but oh so enjoyable. The photoopportunities where excellent, the military very sympathic and co-operable. In short, everything was probable and smoothly organized.

The aircraft:
Tornado IDS, AG 51 : 45+57, 45+60
Mirage 2000D, EC 330 : 644/330-AR, 681/330-AG
F-16A, 31 Smaldeel (no markings) : FA129, FA95, FA102, FA103

Locals:
111/12-KF, 98/12-YU, 80/12-YJ, 100/12-YF, 103/12-YN, 109/12-YH, 81/12-KP,
96/12-KI, 112/12-KQ + one in the hangar with the 12-YU but not readable.

Cheers,

Hi,

the F-16s did indeed leave for KB to change pilots (and in this case also aircraft). FA81 was one of the F-16s that left, alongside with special c/s F16BM (apparantly FB19). We could not read off the others.

According to the unit commander of EC01.012, the F-16 pilots change every day:

AM: mission
AM: after mission depart to KB for change
PM (around 1600): return to Cambrai with new pilots/aircraft

The Mirage in the hangar was 98/12-YU. Was there just before they closed the hangar.

As Arjan said; there was another one in the hanger BESIDES the 98/12-YU so we're still one number short??

I did read 10. on the nose landinggear door, unfortunately there was hanging something in front of the last digit. Code was not visible.

Hi all,

A small question about the 81/12-KP en 96/12-KI. Where were they? Also in a hangar?

Cheers,
Jochem
