Oostwold 9 and 10 june 2019 (EHOW)

During Pentecostal (9 and 10 june 2019) the (Warbird) Oostwold Airshow will be held.
Oostwold is a small airfield in the North-East of the Netherlands, between the towns: Groningen - Winschoten - Delfzijl.

During the airshow the following aircraft are expected:
Mustangs (PH-PSI "Damn Yankee", PH-JAT "Trusty Rusty", G-SHWN "The Shark" en G-TFSI "Contrary Mary")
3 Spitfires (G-IBSY, G-LVB, G-ASJV, the Dutch PH-OUQ can not come due engine problems)
2 P-40 Warhawks
1 P-47D (G-THUN "Nellie")
1 Sea Fury (G-CHFP/WP655)
Havard D-FUKK, Bronco Team OV-10, Postbellum Foundation Cessna O-2, Fokker Four, 2 Boeing Stearmans with Wing Walkers.
Also Baron Von Hosendreck will be present with his Staaken FZ-21 "Flitzer" replica.

During the show, a mass formation of all warbirds will be displayed.
Because the runway is too short, the Hunter G-KAXF/N-294 will be give only a flying display.

- Coming from N33 and A7: Only possible via A7 via Groningen and take No 45 to leave the highway.

Can anyone shed any light on the parking? Cause last time I parked on a field near the Oostwold airport (with parking attendands ect and was perfectly done btw) and now it says that they have parking several kilometers from the airport? And using Shuttlebuses?

Okay, found out that it is the same as previous years. Not so sure about the weather tomorrow. But I hope people have a good day today since the weather today doesn't look all that bad. Unfortunatly couldn't go today and I doubt that with the present weather prediction and a travel time of around 2.5 to 3 hours, I will be there tomorrow. Also my car is at the dealership.... not having a tremendous amount of luck this year. But we will see
