It looks like a very interesting USAF aircraft indeed?
They only have three of this type and 9001 is the only one with radar bulbs on top and bottom

Reason for this visit is most likely because of maintenance by Bombardier which is located at Schiphol East. Last year Schiphol was also visited by an E-11A for the same reason
