A/C is already standing there for 10 minutes or so and looks like an engine test
a couple of Airport Authority cars joined the operations overthere

A/C was towed to the start of the runway 06 i think
still no movement only people walking around

Perhaps a engine-test with bio-fuel or something like this?
The place to test this, is perhaps a bit strange.
