I guess some sort of state visit from Venezuela. Mentioned aircraft is operating for Venezuelan Government according to latest info.

There are some current "issues" to discuss between the governments.
Flight radar noted YV3016 climbing out of Sao Paulo this afternoon, and descent near Caracas a few hours later. (2200 NL time)
FR24 coverage in Venezuela is extremely limited. Probebly just covered by someone at Curacao

Flightradar24 heeft YV3016 gelogged tijdens de klim uit Santa Maria om 07.30 UTC !
HDG28 lijkt een prima koers voor AMS.
Maar ik schat de vliegtijd Azoren - Amsterdam op net iets meer dan 4 uur.
Als hij verder geen tussenlanding maakt zou hij hier dus al rond 12.30 lokaal KUNNEN zijn.

Gisteravond had iemand een militair topic voor YV3016 aangemaakt waarin een tijd vroeg in de middag werd genoemd.
