USA Jet Airlines to add 3 MD-88SFs

USA Jet Airlines has signed a deal with AEI for the conversion of three MD-88SFs. The first aircraft is due for conversion in March, the second in May and the final one in August.

It's currently unknown which airframes the three aircraft are. We do know that there are four possible candidates as the airline acquired four former Delta Air Lines MD-88s. These are N912DE (49997) currently parked at Blytheville (AR), N913DL (49544), also stored at Blytheville (AR), N972DL (53215)  stored at Blytheville (AR) and N978DL (53259) currently stored at Dothan (AL).

USA Jet Airlines was founded in 1994 and is a cargo-airline based at Detroit-Willow Run (MI). It has a fleet of two B727-200Fs, three DC-9-15Fs, three DC-9-30Fs, one MD-83SF and three Falcon 20s.
