DHC8 OrientalAirBridge 640Oriental Air Bridge selects ATR42

In a statement issued by the airline, Oriental Air Bridge has announced it has selected the ATR42-600 to replace its fleet of three ageing DHC-8-200s. In total, the airline will acquire two ATRs, the first of which is due in 2022. The second is planned for delivery in 2025.

Oriental Air Bridge has selected the ATR due to its increased seating capacity and the fact that other airlines in Japan also operate the type. The airline, based at Nagasaki, currently serves seven domestic destinations with its fleet.
