Aero Mongolia to add an A319

Aero Mongolia will shortly expand the fleet with an A319. The aircraft, currently registered 2-SSIA (3895) is currently undergoing pre-delivery maintenance and will be shortly delivered. The Airbus was previously used by Brussels Airlines as OO-SSI.

Once delivered, the airline will use the A319 to open up new routes between Mongolia and Japan, hoping to make full advantage of pent-up travelling demand post-Corona.

Established in 2002, Aero Mongolia currently operates two ERJ145s on flights in Mongolia as well to destinations in China, Russia and South Korea.
