Ministry of Interior and Administration
In the 1990s all aircraft owned by the Ministry of Interior were used by the 103 Pułk Lotnictwa Nadwiślańskich Jednostek MSW. Following the reorganization of the country after political changes, the aviation of the Ministry of Interior was also reorganised and all aircraft were transfered to particular offices, mostly to the Police and the Border Guard.
Police
Currently the Polish Police is using: PZL Mi-2, PZL Kania, PZL W-3 Sokół, Mil Mi-8 and Bell 206.
Border Guard
Currently the Polish Border Guard is using: PZL Mi-2, PZL Kania, PZL W-3 Sokół, PZL M28 Skytruck, PZL M-20 Mewa and PZL-104 Wilga.
Ministry of Health and Social Security
The Ministry of Health and Social Security is using a number of aircraft mostly for rescue services.
Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe
LPR (Air Ambulance Service) currently is using: PZL Mi-2 plus, Agusta A-109 Power, PZL M-20 Mewa and Piaggio P-180 Avanti II
Tatrzańskie Ochotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe
TOPR (Tatra Mountains Rescue) currently is using: PZL W-3 Sokół
