The L-90TPs are often detached to Guaymas.
The Mexican Navy was the only export customer of the Valmet L-90 Redigo. These fast aircraft are used to defend Mexican airspace around the Gulf of Campeche, where the Mexican oil industry is concentrated and incursions by narcotics smugglers are frequent.
