Is is unclear whether the Mk.61 Haws are still operational.
The Rotary sq and Al Ghezelle sq that used to be based here have been disbanded. The Horizon International Flight Academy (HIFA) is now fully responsible for the helicopter training and utilizes some ex-UAEAF&AD Bell 206Bs. Some of the SA342 Gazelle helicopters were donated to the Lebanese Air Force (LAF) in April 2007.
The Bell 412 and AB139 of the SAR Flight is owned by Evergreen and operated by Falcon Aviation Services for the UAEAF&AD. The exact unit designation is unknown.
