The only fighter in service of the Qatar Emiri Air Force is the Dassault Mirage 2000-5. They are operated by 7th Air Superiority sq from Doha.

The military facilities are located in the South-East corner of Doha International AP. Many sources quote a second airbase as "Al Ghariyeh Air Base" from which the Fighter Wing should operate. Al Ghariyeh however is an unpaved 4100ft long strip in the nort of Qatar that has no permanent military role.

Three types of Westland Commando helicopters are used by the Qatar Emiri Air Force. This is a Commando 3.
