Israeli Air Force aircraft are seldom seen operationally outside their home country, except for the transport aircraft like the C-130 and B 707 that is. Besides that, it is very hard to take pictures of IAF aircraft in Isreal so we are very glad we can provide you some images. Most of them were taken during the press day at Tel Nof on the 9th of May, 2000 but some of them could be seen on other bases.

304, a C-130H Hercules of 103 or 131 Squadron based at Ben Gurion.


Tzukit 674, locally built version of the CM170 Magister, of the FTC based at Tel Nof.

Locally modified CH-53-2000 with serial 917, is based at Tel Nof.

Most of the AH-1's are based at Palmachim. This Cobra with serial 680 belongs to the FTS at Hatzerim.

Based at Palmachim is this UH-60A of 124 Sqn the 601.

The Apaches can be found at Ramon Airbase in the south. This one, 935 of 113 Sqn is painted in the new camouflage

The operational Israeli Strike Eagles belong to 69 Squadron at Hatzerim, this one, the 201, is used by the Flight Test Centre at Tel Nof.
