volgens FlugRevue wordt D-ABVX weer gereed gemaakt voor de dienst. :-)

Waarschijnlijk staan ze er dan nog wel. De kisten zijn iets verplaatst en staan nu achter elkaar geparkeerd op de voormalige baan. De -NBD staat dus niet meer op een nieuwe VOP.

Moet goed komen. Advies, dichte kleding/ schoenen en een trapje als je ze graag langs het hek wilt fotograferen.

UPDATE 1333: Airborne since 1318

today, the oldest Lufthansa 747-4 makes its reactivation-flight from Hamburg to Frankfurt at 1400 as LH9921.

D-ABVX 30 july departing to Frankfurt
D-ABTL reactivated in september '21

This morning they rescheduled the departing date from the D-ABVX to 4 aug.

unfortunately, fleetlist Lufthansa is offline and apparently not coming back.

After the slide convention at Enschede last Saturday I took a look at the airfield. I had brought neither camera nor binoculars so I wasn't able to log the aircraft I saw. Maybe one of you might help.
I saw 3 Alitalia E175
2 AirMauritius A340s (should be 3B-NBD and NBE)
1white A220
1 Brussels 737
