General |
|
Landvetter is the international airport of Göteborg. Traffic includes most of the common European airlines and also a lot of Scandinavian ones. Traffic is at its best in the early morning and early evening, during the daytime it can be really quiet. |

Getting There |
|
The airport can easily be reached by airportbus from downtown Göteborg. If travelling by car use highway 40 and leave at the exit that is signposted 'Airport'. |

Layout |
The terminal |
|
On the second floor inside the terminal you have a good overview of the appron in front of the terminal form a small inside viewing area. But this place is not very good for pictures as the view is obstructed with fences and equipment. |

Around The Airport |
Longterm Parking |
|
To the left of the terminal, you can walk onto the longterm parking lot, from there you can see the parked aircraft on the ramp, but also not good for pictures. |
In between buildings |
|
Just north of the terminal area you can view parked aircraft in between the buildings. This spot offers the opportunity to picture some of the aircraft as well. |
Cargo |
|
At the east side of the cargo area you can go to the end of the apron, giving you a view of the parked cargo aircraft and the ones at the terminal. As this is close to the runway, landing shots could be possible here (but not guaranteed).

From the terminal area the views are obstructed, like shown by this FlyMe Boeing 737. (Joost van Doorn) |
