Only 35 C-160D are now remaining in service with LTG 61 (until late 2017) and LTG 63. The Luftwaffe will buy 4-6 C-130J Hercules to supplement the A.400M and the Transall. They will be based in France (possible Orleans-Bricy) together with the French Hercy fleet.

Noted here on 24.9. was EMB 121AN 71 of 28F. It was seen at Amsterdam a day later.

30+90 wears the special markings of the new TaktLG 71 and 30+87 the 71 tulip at the fin only, but only for duration of the event.

TaktLwG 71 "Richthofen" will stand up on July 1st 2016 from TaktLwGrp Richthofen as planned and for the ceremony some German fighter visitors could arrive. The wing have painted an Eurofighter in special colour markings. It´s serial is already known but cannot be said at the moment.

A spotter day is planned for 9.6. at Hohn. But most spotters will go either to Leeuwarden or Neuburg on this day!

On Monday, 7.3. a Swiss AF Beech 1900 is planned to visit from 09.40 to 10.10 hours local. On 22.3. a RAF Voyager will visit from 15.40 to 17.40 hours local. Happy Spotting!
